Private W D Laughlin, Irish Guards (killed), was the second son of Mr Richard Laughlin, 329 Shankill Road. He had been missing since 1st November 1914, and the War Office now report that he lost his life on that date
Williams Soldiers Effects were left to his brother Henry.
His Will, signed and dated 6th August 1914, left his Estate and Effects to his brother Henry also
William received the British War Medal, Victory Medal and 1914 Star.
He is Remembered at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.
