Collection of archive relating to Rifleman Robert Coates Royal Irish Rifles, he was wounded 9th July 1916 at Vimy Ridge, Battle of the Some and was killed in action 7th June 1917. Robert served for 2 years and 10 months. 'Faithful unto Death'
