Belfast Telegraph 1913 - Sir Edward Carson delivered a speech at the opening of the new drill hall in Willowfield Unionist Club at Woodstock Road, Belfast. In his address, Sir Carson urged loyal Unionist to not engage in force against Home Rule supporters except as a last resort.
